just wondering does fleetwood lakes allow gas boats on normally? and is it veasy to join the club??? This would be my nearest lake even tho its salt.

well i think ill be there, im going to get my old arrow shark up and running and it will fit in the boot of the family car, plus the wife likes going to fleetwood on sunday so ill be there.
oh and mark you allways come up smelling of roses that futaba 7c is exactly what im after, im going to buy one tommorrow from the local model shop, its gonna cost £225 you lucky bar steward. hope to see you all soon after a long absence.

WHEN WE NORMALLY GO, WE GET LOADS OF INTEREST OF PASSERS BY ,AND NOT A COMPAINT TO DATE ..AL

No problem with powered boats at Fleetwood,nitro,electric or petrol.
The club as we see it has mainly yacht members,the guys we talk to reckon theirs some gasser lad members but we 'aint seen none.
We go nearly every weekend with our gas boats,as said above its a public lake,no need to join the club.
Its wise to have public liability insurance though as lots of families with small children watch close by and an out of control boat hitting the side and flipping out would cause lots of injury and trouble.

Nowhere else to run round here,but Fleetwood is ok....

mark i know why your not comming your going to alaska to try the chopper out (no one within 50 miles) .
ive stripped the arrow shark out even the rails so its more than a refit and going with a new radio box too.
some peeps take months for this kind of build no names mentioned but im hoping to test it on monday .
i built my makara in one night from scratch with a little help from a one cell person, just ask Al
